Show Panguitch Patter Enjoy the lovely weather and early spring thaw while you can! 11 Reliable news source has it that the day area residents head for Ticaboo this week, it will be back to "lousy as usual." Mrs. Rulon Berrett was delighted to be able to attend the wedding of her grandson, Casey Reynolds, In Salt Lake City on February 3. Grandpa got the honor of staying behind in Panguitch to "keep things thawed." Returning from their honeymoon in California and Mexico, bride and groom came by way of Panguitch for visit with grandpa. Special tribute and apology to Mr. and Mrs. Ray Smith who were inadvertently omitted as grandparents of Alan Stock, recent recipient of scoutings eagle award. Hilda Gardner and Edra Miller spent several days in Salt Lake City this week. Edra attended a State Fair Board meeting and both ladies joined together to attend the Business and Professional Women's winter board meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Foy and Mr. and Mrs. Jay Rlggs traveled to California together this past week. The Foys visited with daughter and son-in-law, Mr, and Mrs. Will Robinson who are attending dental school in San Francisco. The Rlggs spent time with son Joe Riggs now residing In Concord, Calif. Friends of Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Crawford enjoyed visiting with them recently when the Crawfords were in Panguitch. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Tebbs visited with Ncucilcs and family In Ephralm and while there attended the "Lamanite Generation" program. They later traveled on to Beaver, where Sunday morning they were privileged to attend the blessing of their son, Michael's new baby boy who received the name of Matthew. Jay and Dudley Proctor were also in attendance at the blessing. Following the service, approximately thirty individuals attended a family dinner at Michael's home. |
