Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water In Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations In SLB&M. a-9672 (61 area) Johnny L. & Elaine J. Terry and Lawrence & Clarice A. Schweinfurter, 1707 Vista Del Valle, El Cajon, Ca 92020, propose to change the point of diversion, place, and nature of use of 0.0012 sec. ft. or 0.25 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of the Blanche Schowalter Award, Sevier River Decree, Sec. C,pg. 9. The water has been diverted from South Fork Sevier River at the following points: (1) S. 2250 ft. and E. 1650 ft., from NW Cor. Sec.2,T36S,R5W,and(2) N. 230 ft. and E. 500 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 25, T35S, R5W; and used from March 15 to Nov. 15 for the irrigation of 0.083 ac. in NWySWy4 Sec. 25, T35S, R5W. Hereafter, 0.0012 sec. ft. or 0.25 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from Mammoth Creek at a point S. 1338 ft. and E. 2486 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 5,T37S,R7W (Mammoth;, Tommy Creek area) ; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 summer homeinSEy4NWy Sec. 5, T37S, R7W. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. 49952 (89-1254) Charief & Evadean Francisco, Box 3, Tropic, Ut 84776. 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-in. well, 50-200 ft. deep, at a point S. 2060 ft. and E. 20 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 1, T37S, R3W (1 mi. SE Tropic) ; and used for the domestic purposes of 2 families and stock-watering of 30 chickens, 5 cattle; and used from April 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 1.20 ac. in SWyNWy Sec. 1; and SEyNEy4 Sec. 2, T37S, R3W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Nov. 12, 1977.
