Show mrs H C laida laid at t final rest the funeral services es held for mrs H C at the fifth ward chapel sunday afternoon at 0 j clock were very impressive and were largely itten attended aed there was a wealth ot of floral tributes dishop bishop Y J A fishburn presided at the service which opened with singing sister thou wast mild and lovely by the choir invocation was offered by john F merrell followed by a solo thy will be done by mrs connie AL peters accompanied by allen alien mann condoling remarks were made by the following speakers peter H sorensen patriarch 0 14 stohl bishop N J valentine andrew jensen of the historians office ot of the church in whose company mr and mrs emigrated to utah fifty years ago E A larkin of ogden pros pres wm 6 C horsley I 1 F W fishburn and bishop J A fishburn the special musical program included a selection by the choir of the scandinavian organization led by olof olota J olsen entitled de kristl kirke and a duet tired by mrs 0 G spencer and orvllle orville lund following the closing song 0 my father ather by the choir benediction was pronounced by leo hansen A large cortege accompanied the body to the cemetery where interment was made |
