Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-9192 (61-478) Lawyers Title of Las Vegas, Inc., 333 So. 3rd, Las Vegas, Nevada, proposes to change the place and nature of use of 0.171 sec. ft of water or 11.37 ac. ft of water as evidenced by Dil. Claim No. 2501. The water has been diverted from Spring Hollow Spring at a point N. 1169 ft and W. 495 ft from Sy4 Cor. Bee. 3, T37S, R7W, (10 mi. W of Hat-ch); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering of 80 cattle, 1500 sheep in NViSWVi Sec. 3, T37S, R7W. Hereafter, 0.171 sec. ft. of water or 11.37 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted same as heretofore; and used for domestic purposes of one family and nine recreation units; and used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for the stockwatering of 15 horses, 40 cattle and 740 sheep; and used for the irrigation of 0.37 ac in NEttSWy. NWy4SEy Sec. 3, T37S, R7W.t a-9199 (61-565) George Schuler and Lillian Schuler, 585 Ocotillo Dr., El Centro, Calif 92243, proposes to correct the point of diversion and place of use of 0.015 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 43659. The water was to have been diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-250 deep at a point S. 1220 ft. and W. 1120 ft. from NV Cor. Sec. 34, T33S, R5W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 5 cattle and 5 sheep; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 ac in NEy4NWy4 Sec. 34, T33S, R5W. Hereafter, 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 85 ft. deep at a point S. 2603 ft. and W. 3738 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 34, T33S, R5W, (5 ml. NE of Panguitch) ; and used same as heretofore In SEy4NWy4 Sec. 34, T33S, R5W. 47253 (61-676) Raymond A. Fick and Wilma G. Fick, P.O. Box 162, Richfield, Utah 84701. 0.015 sec. ft. of water Is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-200 ft deep at a point N. 1320 ft and W. 1320 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 4, T31S, R4W, (1 mi. SW of Clrcleview); and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 4 cattle, 6 sheep, 2 horses and 24 chickens; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 0.25 ac. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Feb. 12, 1977.
