Show Boulder Hews LeNora UFevre 335-7402 The group from here to do temple work at St. George were Bishop Vard S. Coombs, Norman Tucker and Donna Peck with the youth group Wesley Roundy, Sidney Moosman, Steve Crooks, Noel Lyman, Laura Preston, Alice Lyman, Sharlene Behunin and Vickey Peck. Others to go later were Uvon Roundy, Mr. and Mrs. Truman Lyman and Idona Haws. Bishop Vard Coombs, his wife Mary Jane and son Zane were the speakers in sacrament meeting. The choir sang two numbers. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Haws and children and his mother, Golda Haws spent a week at his sister's home Beverly Tucker in Midvale. Verl Matthews of Panguitch and Dr. Paul Christensen of the Utah State University conducted a soil testing class for the ranchers at the Town Hall. Glen Hunt was a weekend guest at Mr. and Mrs. Neal Jepsen's home. Basketball fans to attend the round robin at Panguitch were Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peck, Mr. and Mrs. Truman Lyman, Mr. and Mrs. Mac LeFevre, Burke Hafen and Mr. and Mrs. Otto I laws. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Wilson returned from a tour of Old Mexico and New Mexico. It was a business and pleasure trip combined. LeNora LeFevre accompanied by Nethella Woolsey attended a bicentennial meeting in Tropic. A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Scot McDonald at the Cedar City Hospital. |
