Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to exchange and appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. Exch. 917 (61 Area) Kenneth .E and Louise A. Edwards, P. O. Box 364, Panguitch, Utah 84759, seeks the right to exchange 1.6 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Sevier River Decree, page 21, one Share Stock West Panguitch Irrigation Company. The water has been diverted from Panguitch Creek and Tributaries at a point E. 1900 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 34, T35S, R7W (Reservoir Outlet); and used for irrigation of certain lands as covered by rights of the West Panguitch Irrigation Company as described on page 21 of the Sevier River Decree. Hereafter, 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be released at a point same as .heretofore, and 1.6 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 100-150 ft. deep at a point N. 1758 ft. and W. 1001 ft. from S'. Cor. Sec. 31, T35S, R7W (near Clear Creek); and used for domestic purposes of two families in recreation homes, stockwatering of 4 horses; and for the irrigation of 0.3 acs. in NEVSWV4 Sec. 31, T35S. R7W. 45419 ( 61-635) Glade Ivie, Hatch, Utah 84735. 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 50-150 ft. deep at a point N. 150 ft. and E. 602 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 21, T36S, R5W (near Panguitch); and used for domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 3 cattle and horses; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 acs. in SWi,4SW'4 Sec. 21, T36S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before November 8, 1975.
