During its last visit here in September, Kaleidoscope featured the last letterpress edition of the Garfield County News printed by Stanley Mikulewicz. That report was carried by a national network to major cities around the country. According to Kaleidoscope producer, Bruce Lindsay, Kaleidoscope travels the unbeaten path, reporting stories of minor news significance but of great human appeal. "We look for people or places whose unique activities reflect the flavor of the intermountain lifestyle, a touch of humor or glimpses into Americana," Lindsay said. "The Kaleidoscope spectrum covers everything from the ridiculous to the sublime, but each story must be current not just a reflection of the past." Lindsay said "We believe Garfield County has a wealth of possibilities for the Kaleidoscope camera and we look forward to our return visit."
