Show Around and About Boulder BY LENORA LeFEVRE 1972 finds us with 84 people in the community, the ward has 88 members with several members living elsewhere. Due to early and late fiosts and few storms the crops were below average but with storms since October there should be ample water for ranchers this summer. Contents of water In the storms last week were I 13 Inches. This week the sky Is clear and temperature cold. Vard Coombs was set apart as Stake Sunday School Supt. with Don Coleman first and Bill Vidrlne second counselor. Nina Moosman and daughter Rayola and Melanle Roundy were the speakers In Sacrament meeting Dec. 26th. Jim and Allene Haws visited In town Thursday. The El-von Poulsons are visiting their parents, the Heber Poulsons. The Mac LeFevres, Ivan Lyman, the Gary Haws and Val Jean Haws were in Panguitch on business Wednesday. Verge anl Eva Heaps came from St. George to spend Christmas at the Burns Orm-ond home. Bloom Ormond and son Marty and daughter Peg-gy Spencer went to Grand Junction to see Howard and Jackie Foster. The Lorjn Moosmans. accompanied by Idona Haws, v went to Provo to see their children and the ladles father Arthur Alvey. Friends may visit Mr. Alvey at Central Ut-ah Extended Care, Service 1775 So. Dakota Lane, Provo. I .arena Hall and sons Randy and Robert went to spend the rest of the winter In Phoenix. Lynn Gates and Defray Porter camo to work on TV one day this week. ' The Anthony Coombs family went to LaSalle to visit the Kay Coombs family for New Year's day. Kent Lyman came home for the holidays. |
