Spencer EVERETT - SPENCER At home in Provo, following a honeymoon in Las Vegas, are newlyweds Mr. snd Mrs. Scott L. Spencer. The couple exchanged nuptial vows Oct. 11 at the Rlvergrove ward chapel In rites performed by Bishop Bryce Orton. The couple was then honored at a reception given by parents of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. Neal Everett of Provo. The bride, the former Shar Lee Everett, has been a student at CSU. Currently she Is employed in Provo The bridegroom Is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Spencer, Jr. of Mapleton. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs J. C. Spencer of Escalante and Haz el Lyman of St. George, formerly of Boulder. He is a former student of BYT Presently he is employed at U.S. Steel and attends school at the Utah Technical College in Provo. He is a member of the U.S. Naval Reserve in Man Janell Shurti TO WED Mr. and Mrs. Doyle P. Shurtz of Bountiful announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Janell, to Robert H. Todd, son of Mr. snd Mrs. Howard Todd of San Fernando, Calif. The young couple will be married In the Salt Lake LDS Temple, soon after the college semester ends in January 1969. Miss Shurtz wss graduated from Bountiful High School In 1966 and has attended Weber College; after spending the summer working in California she entered the BYU. Mr. Todd is doing post graduate work at Stanford University; he Is working for his doc torate in mechanical engineering. also here visiting her parents. Each y ear som e of the Haycock boys come home for the deer hunt. Here for the opening and filling up were Warren of Deweyville; from California were Dick of Sacramento, Woodrow of Vallejo, and Harold of Hay ward Dick and Woodrow also went up to the Salt Lake area to visit friends and relatives before returning to Calif. Here for the opening of the deer hunt at the home of Mrs. Leatha Moore were sons Bud of Chlco, Calif and Gary and his son John of Willows. Calif.; Betty and Jim Brown and two children of Bakersfield, Calif. ; they stayed here from Thursday to Tuesday of last week Evelyn Orton of Delta visited with her mother from Thursday to Sunday, she also visited her mother-in-law.
