Show PANGUITCH Dr. William Mason and son Winn of Nevada have been here on business. Mrs. Karen Henrie and children are visiting with her mother, Mrs. June Owens. Lorraine Craycroft of Hurricane has been visiting her sisters Mrs. Iva Dell Yardley and Sharron Stapley. Mr. and Mrs. Doug Court of Nephi visited at the Orion Talbot home. Mrs. Louise Englestead and children of Ephraim spent the weekend here with relatives. Making trips to Las Vegas were the Billy J Dodds, the Jim Yardleys and the Monte Marshalls. Mr. and Mrs. James L Hatch had as weekend guests the Joe Muirs of Walnut Creek, Calif, (he used to be County Agent here.) Sunday guests were the George Strebbles of Cedar City (he taught Seminary here), along with Jack and Larccta Yardley who joined them for dinner, after which George showed slides of France, Italy and Switzerland where he taught history classes last summer The Jr .M Men of the North ward basketball team received a plaque as consolation prize in the regional tourney The players were Ronald Proctor, Lial Talbot, Charlie Cooper, Paul Talbot, Wayne Miller, and subs Mike Talbot. Steven Moore, Ronnie Hatch, Imny Orion, John Riggs, Lenny TBI bot Mr and Mrs George Proctor, accompanied by the Joe Adairs, made a trip UP north The proctors visited their daughters, (Colleen) the Hyrum Barlow family at Salt I.ak (Connie Ann) the Glen Whiting familv at Clearfield, and nb Uvea In Ogden The Adaln v Ited daughter Wanda I.uoma and family in Bountiful, son Carroll and family, and attend ed a wedding reception at Ball Iake for their grandson Stan ley Worthen. son of their dan ghter Betty LOU Mrs Velta Miller lias gMM up north to visit her children and their families foi i few months |
