Show To Receive MS Degree At U of U The University of Utah an nounces thst Donald Henderson of 326 Pershing Drive, Las Vegas. Nevada, Is one of more than 900 students who will be candidates for advanced degrees at Its annual Summer Commencement. Sunday, August 18. Mr. Henderson, son of Mrs. William Jasper Henderson of Cannonvllle, is a candidate for a Master of Science degree in Meteorology. Advanced work towards the degree Included a thesis entitled. Particle Cluster Dls persion ' Mr. Henderson, a graduate of Tropic High School, Tropic. Utah, received his B.S. degree In Meteorology from the University of Utah In 1954. He Is married to the former Elaine Richards of Tropic, and they are parents of four children Mr. Henderson attended the U. of U. Graduate School under a U. S. Government Fellowship; was elected Associate member of Sigma Chi, and also Chi Epsllon Pi Meteorological honor society. He Is presently t-mployed with the if. S. Department of Commerce Air Resources Laboratory, Las Vegas, and plans to remain with the government after gradua-tion to do meteorological research. The Summer Commencement will be held In the University's Elnar Nielsen Held house at 6:90 p.m. Stewart L. Udell. U.S. Secretary of the Interion will deliver the commencement address |
