L Melff New Partner Joins Law Firm ' Formation of a new law partnership by the addition of a-nother attorney has been announced by Carvel Mattsson and Norman Jackson of the firm, Mattsson and Jackson. K. L. Mclff , native of Sanpete County, has Joined Mr. Matta-son and Mr. Jackson and the new firm will be known at Mattsson, Jackson and Mclff. Mr. Mclff, until recently law clerk for David T. Lewis, judge of the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit has joined Mr. Mattsson and Mr. Jackson st their Richfield offices. A graduate of Manti High School in 1957, where he lettered in baseball, basketball and track. Mr. Mclff served a six-months tour of duty in the U.S. Army and has completed military reserve obligations. He served a mission for the LDS Church in the East Central States where he was appointed supervising elder, traveling elder and assistant to the mission president. He also served as a counselor In the Utah State University Stake Second and Third ward bishoprics and in the Eleventh Ward bishopric of the Unlver sity of Utah State. In June. 1964, Mr. Mclff received a BS degree In political science from USU and a juris doctor degree In June, 1967, from University of Utah College of Law. |
