Show To Head Fight On TB In County Newly appointed Garfield County representative for the Utah Tuberculosis and Health Assoc., Nedra Tebbs. urges everyone to support the 61st annual Christmas Seal cam paign which starts Nov. 6th 130,000 letters containing Christmas Seals, an educational message, and an appeal for funds will be sent throughout Utah. TB and other respiratory diseases are on an upraise in Utah; an all out effort Is being made to stamp these diseases Clinics are being conducted throughout Utah to pick up "carriers" as well as active cases. Children in our schools who come within the age designated have already been tested. Any school, club, organization, or individual who wants educational folders, films, or speakers concerning respiratory diseases can obtain them by contacting Nedra Tebbs in Panguitch. |
