Show I Local and Society TO WED Miss Betty Williams Mr. and Mrs. Loren Wil liams. Sr. of Miller, Georgia announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter. Retty. to Lieutenant Richard Jay Crosby, son of Mr. and Mrs Jay Crosby of Pan- guitch. Betty graduated from the Jenkins County High School at Miller, and is presently employed at the Southern Bell Telephone Co. at Augusta, Ga. Richard Jav is a graduate of Pangultch High School and Ut ah State University, and la presently serving with the US Army as a Lieutenant. Thev plan to be married at Augusta on March 8th. and will make their home at Salt Lake City. w BRUHN RIGBEE Man Virghtia Brnhn Miss Virginia Bruhn will become the bride of Robert K. Higbee Saturday, Feb. 28, In a ceremony performed in the St George LDS Temple. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Vee Bruhn of Pangultch, graduated from Pangultch High School and has attended Southern Utah State College for S 12 years. She also was a Vista Vol. In the Eskimo village of Point Hope, Alaska for a year and has worked with the Upward Bound program at SUSC. Mrs. Julia Hall and the late Ralph Higbee are parents of the groom who graduated from Cedar City High School. Besides attending SUSC, Bob has completed a mission. After a short honeymoon, the couple will return to San Diego, Calif, where Bob is stationed with the US Navy. A reception honoring the newlyweds will be held In the Pangultch Seminary Building Friday. March 6, from 8 to 10 p.m. Everyone is invited to attend. |
