Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate wator in Garfield County, State of U-tah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. 35423 G. A. Bastian, Green River, Ut. 1 sec.-f t. and 300 ac-ft. from an unnamed stream, springs and early runoff. The stored by means of a dam con-early spring runoff will be structed on a natural drainage cat a point S. 25'00'E. 1832 ft. from WW Cor. Sec: 21, T33S, RUE, 30 ft. in height, creating a reservoir having a capacity of 300 ac.-ft., inundating 25 acres in SWUSWV4 said Sec. 21. The 1 sec.-f t. from the springs and, streamwlll be di- verted at a point N. 134 ft. and W. 1188 ft. from SE Cor. said Sec. 21, conveyed and stored in the reservoir and also will be used as a circulating stream through the reservoir. The water wiU be diverted and stored year-round and used for fish culture purposes. The direct flow and storage will be rediv-erted from May 15 to Oct. 31, at a point S. 5T35'Vf. 2433 ft. from NE Cor. The water will be stored from Nov.. 1 to June i, and released and used from Apr. 1 to .Oct. 1. as a supplemental supply, for the irrigation, of 2000 .acre in Sees. 24, 25,35,36, T31S, R7E, Sees. 10, 20,29,30,32, T31S.R8E. 35874 State Land Board, 105 State Captol Bldg., Salt Lake City, Ut. 110 sec.-f t. from Berry Springs, trib. to Colo. The water is to be used for the domestic requirements of two families, a cafe, service station and 10 cabins, and from June 7 to 'Oct.-15 for the watering of 300 cattle: and 1500 sheep, all uses in Sec. 3, T36S, R4W. 35992 - Donald D. Hanni, Box 358, Green River, Ut. .1 sec.-ft from Star Spring at a point S. 2704 ft. and W. 2112 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 14, T34 S, RUE. The water is to be used , in Henry Mountain Mining District at the Hanni Star No. 3 mine rf or "mining of gold and for washing of ore and milling purposes, and for the domestic requirements of 5 persons, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 1V4 acres, all uses in NWSE V4 said Sec. 14.
