Show PLATT RIGGS Miss Jacqueline Piatt became the. bride of William Ralph Riggs.ln St. George Temple rites March 14th. The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs". Roland E. Piatt of Springdale. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Orlas Rlggs of Hatch. After the ceremony the new lywedsVefefhonored at a wedding breakfast for the Immediate families by Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Riggs, brother of the groom, at St;. George. An evening reception followed in 'the Springdale LDS Chapel. A sabrlna neckline and short sleeves detailed the lace bodice of the bride's gown. The bouffant skirt was of bombazine and highlighted by a wide lace band. Her veil was of sheer bridal illusion adorned with lily of the valley. She carried a double wedding ring bouquet of pink roses and white orchids with lily of the valley encircled. Attending the bride was Miss Lynnette Young as maid of honor, with Nancy Rose Jackson, Sherlene Davis and Irene Payne as bridesmaids. LaVar Deuel was best man.w The bride is presently a junior at CSU, majoripg in elementary education and affiliated with Lamba Delta Sigma. The groom is a graduate of Pangultch High; he also attends CSU as a. business major and is a returned missionary of the North Central States Mission. After an Arizona honeymoon they will resume their studies -at csu. |
