That immediately after its adoption this ordinance shall be signed by the Mayor and City Recorder, shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose and shall be published in the GARFIELD OFFICIAL BALLOT FOR PANGUITCH CITY, UTAH September 10, 1963 COUNTY NEWS, a newspaper of general circulation, published in Panguitch City, Utah, and qualified to carry election notices under the laws of the State of Utah. This ordinance shall take immediate effect, the preservation of the peace, Jay Proctor, City Recorder (Facsimile Signature) , health, and safety of Panguitch City so requiring.
