Show HATCn Reva Lowdar Friday night the Elders had a party, program and barbecue at the community fireplace in honor of the men who finished the cement work ar ound the area. A large number of ward members accompanied the Grant Daltons, tho Eric Barn-hursts, the Arnold Sawyers, and the Vay Sawyers, also the newlyweds to St. George Saturday where they did Temple work. Velma Barney of Panguitch and Beth Allred of Omaha also went with them. Visiting the G. A. Work-mans for several days are the Pete Workmans of Orem. The Garth Workmans of Murray visited the first of the week. The Phil Burrows family of Kearns are moving here. Miss Shauna Esplin of Ord-crville visited several days at the E. F. Turek home. Gwen Crofts and 2 sons of Panguitch visited Thursday at the Lynn Evans home. Margie Prince left with her sister Irene for Seattle, Wash, to visit their sister there who is ill. The Pete Dirkmaats from Page visited Saturday with Mrs Abbic Fallis. The Allen Huntlngtons of Orderville visited Saturday at the Wiley Huntingtons. Friday the Ned Daltons of Las Vegas visited the Grant Daltons. Eugene Hall of Kanab visited Saturday with the Oliver Huntingtons. The Osmyn Deuel family went to Mt Pleasant over the weekend for a Deuel reunion. Mrs. Hulda Spencer of Escal-ante visited the Deuels Monday. Thursday, the 'Donald Heat-ons of Cannonville visited Mrs. Sarah Porter and daughters. Ada Biffenbaugh of Calif, is staying with the Dick Harrisons for the summer. Diana Gale Harrison went to Las Vegas to visit with friends. The George Workmans, Mrs. Susie Sandin and tho Art Sawyers attended the rodeo at Kanab Saturday. Evan Wilcock and Homer Dutton were there also on Saturday. Mrs. Lee Sawyer of Pan guitch visited the Art Sawyers A largo number of our ward members attended Stake conference at Panguitch. Saturday, Mrs. Pat Dix and children of Panguitch visited here, and helped in the Lightning Cafe. Leland Spencer of Glendale visited Alyce Wilcock Saturday Grant Dalton left Monday for Reno, Nevada where he will be employed. The Victor and the Paul Sa-bins of Salem visited the Max Haneys Wednesday and accompanied them to the wedding reception of Don and Ar-lene Sabin. The Elliot Barneys and Suzann Hatch and children of Panguitch also attended the reception. Mrs. Jay Dutton accompanied her parents, the Pratt Goul-dings of Panguitch to St. George Saturday and on to Las Vegas Sunday. Visiting the Duttons Monday were the Jim Gouldings of Kanab. Mr. and Mrs. Vay Sawyer and two girls of Kanab spent the weekend here, little Vae-lyn stayed to visit her grandparents. Zelma Porter accompanied Ammon Johnson of Orderville to St. George Saturday. |
