Show Henrieville PAT THOMPSON Sick folks are all on the improve. David Quilter is able to get out some now. Herschel Partner is feeling better since .they have the allergy cleared up. Viola Rose and Harry Partner's daughter Marilyn had medical care for flu. Minnie Smith received word that her daughter Nedra Swapp had to undergo major surgery, last report is she has improved a little. The Leland Griffin family went to Hurricane for the wedding of a niece, Charlene Gibson. Fawn Goulding had a quilting. David and Kathryn Pollock were here with her parents, the Kenneth Gould-ings; Kathryn went with David to Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo. ' and he had orders he couldn't leave base so she came back. Virginia Johnson and throe sons took Dorian back to Salt Lake for awhile and visited with relatives. The Herschel Partners and Cora Johnson and daughter visited for several days in St. George with Glen and Violate Morton and had dental work done. Vee Smith is back after after working at Grand Canyon this past summer. Inez Smith spent some time, here with her folks, the Barton Smiths. Virginia Smith, Janet and Guy E-vans and daughter Joyce went to Salt Lake for the missionary testimonial of Guy Thompson, then visited Virginia's sister Ined. The Jim Smiths had two sis ters Oorothy Austin and Win-na Smith and husband here visiting from Idaho. It's good to have Thelma Smith home after her sick spell, she says she feels fine. The John Clarks were here visiting from Nevada, they took their daughter Evelyn Ito CSU. Joe and Donna Rae Barker of Monroe visited the Ammon Barker. Laurence and Lavlna Chynoweth were here visiting with folks from Grantsville. Ward conference was held here under jBerlin Osborn, high councilman1, reports were very good. The Stake Presidency had to be in Richfield that day for a meeting. Evan Johnson and Mtke Barker were ordained Deacons. 1 |
