Show Funeral Services Held June 5th For Mrs. Margaret Daly Margaret Daly, 60, died on June 2 in the Panguitch hospital of natural causes. She was born April 11, 1905 in Panguitch to Albert and Mary Ellen Pryor DeLpng. On June 14, 1926 she married Walter B. Daly In St. George. Mrs , Daly was an active member of the LDS Church, Clubs and Auxiliaries and in many charities and civic projects for Panguitch and southern Utah. She was chairman of Garfield County American Cancer Society; past president of Southern Utah branch Federation of Women's Clubs; National Committee woman for Democratic Party; Relief Society worker; delegate to Women's Division of the National Institute o f Government, Washington, D.C.; member of Lady Lions. Survivors: husband; son, A. Victor, Kaysvllle; stepsons, daughters: Walter Kirk Daly, Mrs. Woodrow (Clarice) Talbot, both Salt Lake City; Mrs. Zella Prltchard, Pamona, Calif.; Ned B. Daly, Barrlngton, 111.; Mrs. Gene (Reta) Roth, Alexandria, Va.; Mrs. Arthur (Hazel Dawn) Evans, Parowan; 30 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; brothers, sisters: Harry A., William, Panguitch ; Mrs. Clarence D. (Beth) Judd, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Herbert L. (Mary) Dirks, Ogden; Mrs. Dale W. (Pauline) Johnsonr Clearfield;. Mrs. Isiah Hamblin, Kanab. Funeral services were held June 5th in the South ward church. Prayer in the home was offered by Frank R. Daly. Prelude and postlude music, Nina Steele and Irene McEw-en; song, "Sweet Hour Of Prayer", choir; invocation, Daniel A. Tebbs; tribute, Von Daly; speaker, J. Frank Houston; solo, "Whispering Hope'VKate Chidester; speaker, Rudolph Church; duet, "Roses Of Pic-ardy", Kate Chidester and 11-etta Reid; speaker, DeMont Judd; Bishop's remarks, D. V. Worthen; song, "Abide With Me", choir; benediction, Arthur Evans. The grave was dedicated by Tom Hamblin; burial was in the Pangfdtch Cemetery under the direction of Neal S. Ma-gleby and Sons Mortuary.
