Show Hatch REV A LOWDER A nice program was given in Sacrament meeting Sunday, evening. Gale Burrows gave a talk on Honesty; a musical number by Kenneth Barney the Morman Miracle was given by Mr. and Mrs. Robert O-wens of Pangultch. Kurt Sawyer, Kenneth, Barney, Pamala Dalton, and Dar-ol Barnhurst stayed down to Pat Riggs birthday party last-Thursday, after the party Ron Riggs brought them home. The Phil Robertsons" of' Alton visited In town Saturday. D.U.P. meeting was held at the home of Ardis Evans on Thursday. The Lesson was given by Omega Campbell. Refreshments were served by' Ardis. k The Primary held a Valentine dance Saturday afternoon for the children. Valentine cookies ' were served. Music was furnished'by Gai Wllcock, Dale Porter, Kenneth Barnhurst,' and Curtis Wilson. A large number of our peo-people attended funeral services In Tropic Saturday for Samuel Pollock. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Henderson and Hope Dalton visited in Tropic Wednesday, the Hendersons with the Ira Little- ' fields and Hope with' the John Mechams. The Leland Riggs family-visited In' Tropic Saturday with the Ben Copes. The Gib Clarks visited Sunday- with1 the Grant Dalton family. Cedar City visitors Thursday were Hope and Bruce Dalton, Karleta Lowder, Arleen and Jo Ann Haney. Thursday and Friday, Mrs. Lamond Davis and children of Panguitch visited the Gale Wil-cocks. Mr. and Mrs. John Mecham and Gary Don of Tropic visit- . ed several days in town. Sunday, John and Gary Don accompanied Noreen and Deloy Evans to Salt Lake' where Gary Don and Deloy will enter the mission home prior to leaving for their mission. Weekend visitors in town were Richard Wilson, Carolyn Neilson, and Homer Dutton of CSU; Wayne and Hugh Wilson of Dixie; the Wallace Heaps of Cedar City; the Wayne Harris family of Glendale; workers home were Karl Lowder, Ed Turek and Orlas Riggs. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Gish (La-rena Evans) and two daughters of Idaho visited the Bob Evans family Thursday, en-route to Louisiana to see-his folks. Mrs. Maggie Barnhurst visited last' week in LaVerkin with her mother Mrs. Amelia Sanders. Mr. and Mrs. Garth1 Heap went to St-George Friday'and brought Mf; and ' Mrs: M H. Barnhurst back with theni to-visit a while. The Scouts held i their- annual banquet Saturday" eve-' nlng. Guestspeaker was Frank Daly of Pangultch, other guests were the parents of the boys.
