Show Services At Escalante For Leslie M. Hall Funeral services for Leslie M. Hall, 15, were held in the Escalante North ward March 12, witii Bishop Vernon It. Spencer conducting. Family prayer, Layton Griffin; song "O My Father", chorus; invocation, Ray Grif. fin; song "In Tho Garden" Singing Mothers; talk, Roland Porter; reading by Neta Shirts; song "Going Home", Thclma Cottam, acc. Areola Gates; talk, Walter Stef fen-sen; remarks, Bishop Vernon R. Spencer; song "Peace I Leave With You" Singing Mothers; benediction, Earl Wool-sey. The grave was dedicated by Starns Mecham. The funeral services wero beautiful and impressive; all of the immediate family were present except Joo who is on an LDS mission and the two girls, Shirleno and Lila Gean who had new babies, Shirlene a boy whom they named Los-lie and Lila a girl; LiUian Walter, a sister to Mrs. Hall, camo from Salt Lake, she was very devoted to Leslie. There were people from Boulder, Tropic and Panguitch. The Hall family wishes to thank everyone for their many, kindnesses to Leslio during his short life and for their expressions of sympathy and contributions at his Leslie M. nail passing, everything is deeply appreciated. Leslie Morias Hall died Friday at his home of muscular dystrophy. He was born April 10, 1947 in Richfield to Morias Ensign ' and Marie Walter Steffensen Hall. Survivors: parent, Escalante; brothers, sisters: Mrs. Itulon (Marilla) Jolley, St. George; Mrs. ' Jerry (Lila Jean) McCurdy, Mrs. Homer Earl (Sherlene) Cassels, both of Salt Lake; Merlin Joseph Hall, Calif JJJS. mission.; .Lillian Lavon and Arlene, both Escalante; step-brothers and sisters: Walter Louis Steffen-son, Albuquerque, N.M.;Mack Steffensen, Salt Lake; Mrs. Marilyn Ross, Pasadena, Calif; grandmother, Mrs. Eleanor O. Walter, Salt Lake City. |
