Show ' panguitch Kathleen Church and four other graduate students, and professor Dr. Chas M. Woolf, all from the U. of U., attended meetings of the American Society of Human Genetics at Memphis, Tenn. Kathleen reports a fine trip by plane and interesting meetings, with sight seeing at Denver and Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Reid and LaVcnda Moore made a trip to Cedar City Saturday evening to enjoy daughter Rosemary's performance in a musical comedy "Bells Are Hinging" which was presented by CSU. Rosemary accompanied them home for the weekend. Kay Riggs was home from Salt Lake to spend the weekend with her folks, the Mayo Riggs'. George Cherrington of Or-em spent the weekend at the V. D. Miller home. Sims D. Duggins is home on a week's furlough from Texas. Sharon Johnson came down from BYU to spend the weekend at the Duggins home. Wallace Roberts of Cedar City visited here Sunday. Mrs. Lcatha Moore returned home Thursday after visiting at Salt Lake and Idaho. The Jay Proctors and daughter Gwen K. just returned from a week's visit to Salt Lake and northern Calif. Rulon Hatch was home over the weekend from Snow College visiting his parents, the Howd Hatch's. Mrs. Bern Miller is home from Salt Lake, and Is feeling greatly improved. The Earl Roe family of Provo spent Mother's Day at the W. Earl Marshall andWil-ford Roe homes. Earl expects to move back to Panguitch with completion of school work at BYU this spring. |
