Gale Wllcock attended a ; State Fish and Game school at ' USU In Logan last week. The Max Burrows family of : Glen C&nyon City arrived In town Saturday to visit. Max was taken to the hospital on Monday with a bad leg Infection and had to stay there for a few days. Mrs. Kllburn Wilson had a major operation in the hospital last week; her mother Mrs Knowlton Little came and took tho two children back to Nevada until she Is out of the hospital. Eric Barnhurst is in a Salt Lake hospital where he under went surgery. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Wilson, Hugh and Robert, Mrs. Earl Sawyer and Eldon Porter went to Richfield Monday. Karl Lowder left the first of the week for Kanab where he .has employment. A quilting was held at the home-of Mrs. Ardell Riggs on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Evans and family returned to Salt Lake Sunday after a week's visit here. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Whet-ton and three children of Og-den visited Saturday with the Osmyn Deuels and Mrs. Mar-cie Dutton. LaVcrne Blackburn and children of Orderville spent Saturday with Mrs. Abbie Fallls. Donald Heap visited in St. George on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Wilson left Monday for Manti to do Temple work for a month or two and to visit relatives up there. Mrs. Julia Quigley is visiting her daughter and family, the Morrell Neilsons in Elsln-ore. VisiUng the L L. Porters Sunday were her mother Mrs. Hester Hcaton of Orderville, and two sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Workman and Mr. and Mrs. George Workman Sr. visited Thursday at the George Workman Jr. home; Sunday visitors were tho Keith Workmans of Cedar City. Mrs. Dora Clove returned home Tuesday after spending a few days with her husband Neil who is working over by Beaver. |
