Show In the District Court of Garfield County, State of Utah SUMMONS WESTON ELMEIl SHAKES-PEAR, Plaintiff, vs. GAYLA JEAN ALVEY SHAKESPEAR, Defendant. The State Of Utah To The Above Named Defendant: You are hereby summoned and required to servo upon J. Vernon Erlckson, plaintiff's attorney, whose address Is 201 Richfield Commercial & Savings Bank Bldg., Richfield, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you.
