Show TROPIC Ella Adair Mr. and Mrs. Grant Hall of Nevada were recent visitors at the John II. Johnson home. Mr. and Mrs. Starns Mech-am and son and Mrs. Osborn of Escalante were Sunday .visitors in town. Speakers i n Sacrament meeting were Margaret Mcch-am, Evan Jolley, and Gerald Johansen, seminary instructor. Stake Sunday School Leadership meeting, was held here Sunday. Beatrice Barton was sustained as manual counselor and Reva Quilter as tctlvity counselor in the YLM1A, Sunday; Marian Shakespear is president. Weekend visitors in town were: Evan Jolley, Janean Bower, Margaret Mecham, Jerry Mecham, Mr. and Mrs.' LaMar Shakespear, all of Cedar Cty. Mrs. Ella Bybce recently had 8 of her children and their families visiting her. Helen Smith and Ella Adair were in Cedar th's past week. Linda Miller visited her parents in Cedar last week. Larry Adair was 15 years old on the 29th; Kathryn Sud-weeks had her 3rd birthday on tho 20th. Mrs. Leah Willis of Salt Lake visited her brother, George Shakespear, last week Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Otte-son and family visited this past week with the Charles Wintch family. Mr. and Mrs. Oral Richins, Mr. and Mrs. Art Reynolds, the Russell Wright family, Jerome Reynolds, and Scott Reynolds were weekend visitors at the John Hatch home. The Relief Society meeting in Escalante Saturday was attended by 18 local people. School was held Saturday as make-up day for the Oct. 20 deer season vacation. |
