Show te DELINQUENT TAXES OF GARFIELD COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1957 Pursuant to law and order of the Board of County Commissioners of Grafield County, State of Utah, the undersigned as County Treasurer of said County herewith publishes the delinquent list of all persons owing taxes in said County for the year of 1956, which by law are made collectable by the Treasurer of said County and which are unpaid and delinquent. Unless said delinquent taxes, together with costs, interest and penalty, are paid before Thursday, Jan. 9, 195V, I shall pursuant to Section 59-10-29, Utah Code Annotated 1953, sell the real property up on which said taxes are a lien to Garfield County in the man ner prescribed by law for such taxes, penalty and costs, except only such property as is held by the County under prior preliminary tax sale.
