Show TO WED Miss Karen Houston Mrs. Rula Houston announces the engagement and forth coming marriage of her daughter, Karen, to J. Daniel Tebbs, json of Mr and Mrs. D. A. Tebbs of Panguitch. They will be married Dec. 28th in the St. George Temple. Karen is a graduate of the Darrell Beauty College at Salt Lake, and both are at present attending the CSU at Cedar City, where they plan to continue their studies. MONDAY NIGHT BRIDGE CLUB XMAS PARTY The Christmas party of the Monday Night bridge club wa., held at the Flying M Cafe. Af tcr dinner, entertainment and nn exchange of gifts, th. group adjourned to the horn of Cleta Chcrrington for a session of bridge. Jessie Chcrrington won high and shared slam honors with Cleta, Florence Parker, second, and Margaret Haycock low. LES GAI MATRONES PARTY Les Gai Matrones bridge club had dinner at the Flying M Cafe, an exchange of gifts and played bridge-at the home of Alice Sevy. Hostesses were Mrs. Sevy, Margaret Haycock and Kate Church. Eunice Duggins won high, Cleta Cherrington, second, and Mary Lee, consolation. MUTUAL PARTY Mrs. Harvey Moore was hostess at her home Tuesday evening at a Christmas party for the Mutual girls of the North Ward. Amidst a setting of holiday decorations and a gay tree, gifts were exchanged, luncheon and a program were enjoyed. Readings were given by Janet Hatch, Barbara Davis and Edith Houston. Peggy Moore sang, and a skit was presented by Judy Orton and Lucile 01-sen. Mrs. LaReta Worthen was accompanist for all the singing. i ENGAGED Miss Rosemary Lyman Mr. and Mrs. Randal Lyman of Escalanto announce the engagement of their 'daughter, Rosemary, to Reldon Palmer, 6on of John Palmer and foster son of Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Henderson of Cannonville. Miss Lyman is a Senior or Escalante High School, and Mr. Palmer is a graduate of Tropic High School.
