Show Bob Orton has received a tuition scholarship to DYU In recognition of his outstanding record In high school. Visitors at the Joseph Owens home were their children Mr and Mrs A, ill. Cuff, Mr and Mrs John Owns of Lark, Mr and Mrs J. L. Barton of Hurricane, Mrs James M, Brady ot Henderson, Nev,, M and , Mrs Lewis Brown, -ot- Las Vegas, and families. It Is the first time since 194 S that the family has been all together. Karl Bartjon and TTryn Stout of St. George were visitors too. Joan nlggs of Salt Lake visited over the weekend with her parents, Mr and Mrs Mayo Rlggs. . The Pete Scvys have moved to Hurricane from Nevada. Dorothy Cooper of Salt Lake spent last week with her parents, Mr and Mrs George Cooper, Shirley Ann Miller ot Salt Lake visited last week with her parents, Mr and Mrs Wallace Miller. Carl Cooley of Salt Lake wa a weekend visitor at the Vern Goff home. The Elmo Heaps family of Cedar City visited Sunday with Mrs. Rula Houston. Mrs Addle Talbot and Mrs Frank Talbot were business visitors at Richfield, Tuesday. The Dill Wort hen family of Salt Lake were visitors at the Herb Worth en home. Mr and Mrs Herman Houston are parents of a baby boy born July 10, Mr and Mrs John McKevtrick or Santa Ana,, Calif, visited last week with the J. W, Tubbs at Pangultch Lake and with Mrs Annie Rlggs. Mr and Mrs Jesse Miller and family and Mr and Mrs William Hardman have returned to Salt Lake after rpendlug a couple of weeks with their parents, Mr and Mrs Jesse Miller, x Mr and Mrs Norman Henrle of Salt Lake and Mr and Mrs Dwlght Shakespear of Provo visited the Jack Judds over the 4th of July Mra. Jack Judd's brother, Dan Cameron' .was another recent visitor, being here mor the race meet. The Jack Judds have a new granddaughter, born to Mr, and Mrs Tom Judd at Salt Lake City. The Tom Judd boys, Chris and Dick, are spending part of the summer with grandparents, Mr and Mrs Jack Judd. Hern ice Henrle, daughter of Mr and Mrs Bernard Henrle, Is taking a course at the LDS Business College at Salt Lake. |
