| Show PROCLAMATION a determined haa been made by the faculty and students of the High School to procure uniforms for the High School Band and an organization known as the BAND MOTHERS has been perfected and has aided greatly in the efforts to secure Bald in the administration of economics of Pan-gultch City we realize the full importance of such an organization to all the citizens and community life In general we feel the aforesaid organization has been per to the point where it can proudly represent this community In competitive functions with other communities the aforesaid organizations have been successful in their efforts to obtain said band NOW O. Mayor of Panguitch Utah do hereby proclaim and set aside February Id 1951 as BAND DAY in this and do request that all citizens of the community partake of the festivities of the day and support the afore-said organizations In worthwhile IN WITNESS I hereunto set my hand and cause the official seal of Panguitch City to bo affixed this day of G. |
