Show EDITORIAL to people who have lived in cities where culinary water is taken from the large rivers and lakes into which sewerage Is dumped and the water has to be filtered and heavily chlorinated and in sections where were almost stagnant water has to be used tor for drinking this water discussion in brigham city looks like a huge joke here we have two large springs spring with tresh fresh pure water gushing forth from the bowels of the earth sparkling with clearness and as wholesome perhaps as any water found upon the face of the earth what would not many of the cities of the country give tor for either of 0 these pure mountain springs it they had access to them they would hold them as priceless gems and tar far beyond any monetary value we as a people should learn to appreciate these gifts of kiture nature and not make them a subject ot of public wrangle the time will come when brigham will need the wat water er from both the hailing and maple springs it if we are to grow in the future as we have inthe in the past the experience brigham city has passed through was caused by defective pipe and not by impure water at the source the contention cont antion should rest with the laying of an ade adequate quate pipe line and not with the spring |
