Show CACHE FREE FROM CONTAGION LOGAN sept 6 logan city and cache county are almost absolutely tree free from contagious disease this fall it appears from a statement issued today by dr harry R mcg ee county physician and dr P W ellason city physician only six cases of contagion are to be found in the entire col county this statement shows while in logan city there is not a single case of the more serious contagious diseases such as dip therla typhoid fever scarlet fever or small pox only two cases of whoops whooping ng cough exist in the city and there are no cases of measles mumps chicken pox and such of the milder contagious diseases which children usually contract the statement issued by doctors mcgee and ellason is as follows burvel A health survey of logan city and cache county just completed today shows that the entire county is exceptionally tio nally tree free from contagious disease and in fix tact fact from sickness of all kinds there are only six cases of contagion in the entire county and the only contagion in logan city consists of two cases of whooping whoop lne cough there has been no small pox in logan for a year past there la is no diphtheria dip therla theria in the city at present and there have been only occasional cases during during the past twelve mont months lis at present there Is not a single case of 0 typhoid fever or of scarlet fever 0 in the city nor Is 13 there any chicken pox measles nor mumps in tact fact logan has probably never been freer from disease than at the present time signed dr harry R mcgee county physician dr P W ellason city physician |
