Show County Commissioners. On account of Monday being n legal holiday,the Commissioners Commission-ers held their regular mooting on Saturday, Sept. 3rd, with all members present. A communication was received from Thos. J . John stating that the buidgc atPortago is in need of repairs. Referred to Com'r Piorco for investigation. Clerk instructed to issue a war-i war-i rant for same. j P. Roskos asked for a rebate of his poll tax, ou account of having paid somo in Nevada. Clerk instructed to look up the matter. Tho Surveyor's report ou land surveyed for County road1 in Sec. 24-12-3, was accepted. A communication was received receiv-ed from Win. Cottam, asking tho Board to visit tho Snow-villo Snow-villo district and inspect tho roads there. Clerk instructed to roply that visit will bo made. H. A. Lafount asked tho Board when the roads in Park Valley will be inspected. Some time in October. Burdett Smith of Garland tendered his resignation as . IJustico of tho Piece of Sunset Precinct.
