A pnyment of $1200 was ordered made to the W. A. Williams Plumbing Plumb-ing Co., on the estimate of tho architect archi-tect for tho heating nnd plumbing contrnct of the High School building. Judges of Election for tho coming school election were appointed In nil the precincts. It was ordered that a mass primary be held In each precinct throughout the county, nt which delegates will be chosen, based upon ono delegnte to each 25 pupils enrolled In school for 1907, to attend a district convention conven-tion to bo held at the tlmo nnd place named In notices which will bo posted pos-ted In all tho precincts, excoptlng District 5, where n mass convention will be held Wednesday evonlng, Nov. 2.", at S o'clock p. m. Jenson recommended that nil teachers bo allowed $8.00 ns expense for tholr attendance at the Utah Tcnchers' Association, to be held In Salt Lake City, upon presentation presenta-tion to the bonrd of n certificate of attendance.
