A man boarded n Now Haven local train about ten o'clock ono night at the Grand Central station and prompt- ly fell asleep. Nor did ho wako until he had had a nice refreshing, lengthy nap. Then, however, ho sat up, alarmed, nnd took a look nt the surrounding sur-rounding landscape. It seemed to reassure him. He settled back comfortably com-fortably In his seat. Just then tho conductor came ly. "When does this train get to Now Itochollo?" asked the man. Tho conductor smiled. "About ten o'clock to-morrow morning," morn-ing," ho replied. "Wh-whwh-whafs thnt?" "This train gets to Now Itochello at ten o'clock tomorrow morning. We leave New Haven at eight o'clock, you see. In other words," said tho conductor, con-ductor, pitying tho man's helpless bewilderment, be-wilderment, "wo passed Now Itochollo half an hour ago and don't hit It again till we're on our way back to Now York."
