A special to tho Herald from Washington says: It Is tho expectation of western senators nnd congressmen thnt areas of agricultural agri-cultural lands now embraced within forest reserves will ultimately bo restored re-stored to tho public domain. This expectation ex-pectation grows out of tho fact that Secretary Wilson hns ordered tho forest for-est service to mano an examination and classification of mo various west-esn west-esn reserves, setting forth by maps nnd by description thoso nrcas, now reserved, which nro purely or largely agricultural lands, as distinguished from purely timber lands.
