With this money General Greely will pay for supplies already purchased nnd others which aro needed, Including fresh meat, which, ho says, Is Indlsponsnble. Supplies horetoforo Issued, Including tho tents from Uio quartermaster's stores, etc., and which hnd been charged against this appropriation of $300,000, will bo returned to tho array and aro avallablo for futuro use.
