have been or may h hereafter ere after lie be granted by tho the united states to this state stale for the S support U P port of the common schools and f five V per of the not net proceeds of the sales of united states public lands lying within the state and sold by the united states subsequent to the ad mission of till this state into the union shall be and remain a permanent fund to be called the state school fund the int ft t of walh only shall he be expended for the support 0 rt of the th common schools tile lie interest Inter cut on the S state tato school fund the proceeds of
