| Show kanab ward primary homecoming celebration scheduled august 30 tile the kanab ward primary will wiit hold its annual home coming coining party wednesday august auguar 30 at 6 p in ili in fit the tha ward hall all primary children and their parents are invited to corno come children who will be four years of ago before january 1 1934 are also invited as they are eligible to attend primary beginning at this time tills this home coming party la Is P planned lanned as an outgrowth ot of the tha summers bummers work different classes w will ill give dancea canom and songs they have learned during the summer part of the time will bo be spent in dancing tho the older classes will each have a booth where they will display their work this will include any handwork fi dewing ewing flowers grown by the children candled candied fruits or vegetables or anything they wish to exhibit the boys will exhibit their pets this Is the time to collect our dime fund so we will ask each primary child to pay ten cents admission and it will be credited to each as payment of their dime fund there are some who have paid their dime fund now those who have will be admitted tree frea lee ice cream cones will be served A contest Is being held in connection with this party and following are the points of judging exhibit 33 and 13 1 3 per cent 5 and 13 1 3 general appearance of booth with a minimum of expense 14 per cent amount of handwork considering the number enrolled 14 per cent quality ot of handwork considering tile tha age part on program 33 ond and 13 1 3 per cent rhythm and tho the manner in whim which it Is rendered will be considered dime fund 33 23 and 13 1 3 per cent digest percentage of enrolled class clans paying fund 33 and 1 per cent younger classes who aro are not expected to have handwork to exhibit will be judged 50 per cent on dime fund and 60 50 per cent on part rendered tho the reward for the winning class will be the class books need ed for their work and will la given to regular attendants of tho the class i wednesday september 6 laura i regular primary work will begin at 4 p in in tho the meeting house i we hope to have a good attendance as we will begin then to prepare for our ward conference HELEN D B president primary |
