Show SHERIFF'S SALE. Pursuant to an order of sale to me directed by the District court of the First Judicial district of the Territory of Utah, I shall expose at public sale at the front door of th county courthouse court-house in the city of Provo, county of Utah and Territory of Utah, on Tuesday Tues-day the 29th day of January, 1895, at 12 o'clock m., the loliowing described real , estate: The land and premises directed di-rected to be sold by this order or-der of sale are situated, lying and being in the County of Utah and Territory of Utah, and bounded and particularly described as follows, to-wit to-wit : Commencing 11.50 chains west ol the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of section fourteen (14) township town-ship seven (7) south lange 2 east Salt Lake meridian; thence south one (!) degree west 29.30 chains; thence we3t thirty-eight (38) degrees south nine (9) chains; thence north one (1) degree east, 34 96 chains; thence east 6.99 chains to pVace of beginning. Area 21 95 acres. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances appurten-ances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining.
