Show SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF the First Judicial District of theTerritory of Utah. Utah county. Elizabeth Blood, plaintiff, vs. Orson Blood, defendant. The people of the Territory of Utah send greeting to Orson Blood, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an .aoiiipn breniurht .airain&c you by the above Viained plaiUtilT, in the District Court of the First Judicial District of the Territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, there-in, within ten days, (exclusive of the day of service after the service on you of this summonsif sum-monsif served within this county; or, if served out of this oounty, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default wiU be taken against you, according to the prayer of this complaint. The said acton is brought to obtain a decree ol tuis court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant; defend-ant; that piaintilf be restored to ail the rights aiid privileges ot an untuarried person; that plaintiff be awarded tne custody of her minor child. Robert Blood ; and that piaintilf be allowed al-lowed to resume her maiden name of Elizabeth Eliza-beth Laird, and for cjsis of suit herein an for general relief. Plaintiff alleges that she was married to the defendant in the city of Provo, county of Utah and territory of Utah, on May lu, lb92; that her maiden name was Elizabeth Laird ; that as an issue cf oaid marriage mar-riage a son wan born to piaintilf and defendant, defend-ant, to wit: Robert Blood now one year old; that ever since said marriage piaintilf has been a loving, obedient and d utiiul wife : but t hat in the mouth of July, 1892, defendant deserted Elaintitf and has ever since saiti date absented imselflrom plaintiff; that ever since said July 1892 and during the time between said marriage and said July J892, defendant has wholly failed to contribute to the support or maintenance of plaintiff and eyer since the date last aforesaid, plaintiff has been compelled com-pelled to rely jolely upon her own exertions for a support and livihood. For fulierand further particulars reference is hereby made to the plaintiff's complaint now on file herein, a cony of which is hereto attached. And you are hereby notified that if you fall to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said piaintilf wiU apply to the court for the relief therein demanded, and costs ol suit.
