Show NOTICE OF SALE UNDER DEED OF TRUST. Notice is hereby given by Everett W. Wilson, trustee, in a ctrtain deed of trust, wherein Juventa T. Beck is party of the first part, said Wilson is eecond party and J. Stearns Smith is the third party, or beneficiary, execu ted on the 23rd day of February, A. D. 1894, and duly acknowledged, which was recorded in the office of the recorder re-corder of deeds of Utah county in the territory of Utah, at pages 149, 150 and 1-51 of book 24 of trust deeds, etc., whereby said Beck conveyed to said Smith, all the real estate hereinafter described, to secure the payment ot three certain promissory notes of even date therewith. One in the sum of $1,000 and two in the sum of 8100 each, executed by said Beck and the first note of $1,000 was delivered to said Smith by her, bearing interest at the rate of tei? per cent, per annum, payable pay-able on the let days of July and January Janu-ary of each year, with interest coupons thereto attached each bearing interest inter-est at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum an-num after due. And by said deed and notes it was provided, that in case any interest on said $1,000 note should be in default for thiriy days after it should become due, the principal sum thereof should become immediately immedi-ately due. And it was further provided pro-vided in said deed that in case default should be made in the payment of said note, or either of said interest cupons thereto attachpd. when due, said second party should sell said real estate to the highest bidder for cash, after having given due notice as i3 in said deed required, upon the request of the legal holder of said note, and the said Smith, holder of said note, haying notified me that the sum of $35.57 evidenced by one of said in terest cupon notes which became due July 1, 1894, has not been paid, nor any part thereof, and that in consequence conse-quence of such default he has elected to declare the principal sum of said $1,000 note due, and having requested me in writing to sell eaid premises in said deed described, in accordance with the provisions thereof and for the purposes pur-poses therein specified, now therefore there-fore on Tuesday the twelfth (12th) day of March, A. D. 1895, at the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, at the front door of the county courthouse court-house in the City oi Provo, in said Utah county, for the purposes aforesaid, afore-said, I shall sell to the highest bidder for cash, all the right title claim and interest, which said Juventa T. Beck had on the 23th d?y of February A. D. 1894,or has since acquired in and to the following described real estate situate in said Uteh county, viz; the south east quarter ot section, four (4), in township six (6), south in range two (2), east of Salt Lake meridian, containing con-taining one Hundred and sixty acres, Everett V.
