Show PROBATE NOTICE. IN THB PROBATE Court in and for Utah County. Territory of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Isaac Nelso . deceased. Order appointing time anil place for settlement settle-ment of final account and to hear petition for distribution. On reading and filing the petition of Evaa Wride, administrator of the estate ol Isaac Ne son, deceased, setting forth that he has filed his final account ot his adutmistration upon said estate in this court.that all the debts and expenses of his alminis ration of said svld estate thus far incurred have been fully paid, and that a portion of said eta'e remains to be uevided among the heirs of said defeased, and praying anionic other things for an order allowing eaid final account and of distribution of the residue -f said estate among the persons entitled. en-titled. It is ordered that all persons interpsted in the estate of the 6aid Isaac Nelson, deceased, be and appear before the Probate court ot the County of Utah, at the courtroom of said court, in tbe County courthouse, on the 23d day of tebruary, 1W5, at 10 o'clock a. m. tnen and there to show cause why an oi der a lowing said flual account and of distribution should not be made of the residue of said estate among the heirs and devises of the said Isaac Nelson, deceased, accordii g to law. It is further ordered that the clerk causo notice to be posted in three publio places in t'tah count- and a copy of this order be published pub-lished in The Dispatch, a newspaper printed and circulated in Utah county, three weeks successively prior to 6aid 23d day ot February. 1895.
