Dalton for judgment on a promissory note for $250.00 Bigned by the defendants in favor of plaintiffs on August 29. 1894, and for foreclosare of mortgage given by Dalton to secure the note. . Attorneys Kellogg & Corfman today planted in the First District court asuit for James Thomson against itfephi Hansen, Dispatch readers will remember that these two men conducted con-ducted in Provo an agricultural im-pliment im-pliment and hardware business under the firm name of Hansen & Co. from December 1, 1890 till February 15, 1891, when by mutual consent the firm dissolved. dis-solved. Now Mr. Thomson accuses Mr. Hansen of having collected, retained re-tained and converted to his own nae large- sums ot money belonging to the firm, in all amounting to $1500.00, more or'less. Mr. Thomson prays that an accounting be taken of all the dealings and transactions of the partnership and that the property of the firm be sold and the firm debts and liabilities be paid off, and for such other and further relief as may be just and equitable, equit-able, and for costs W. D. Roberts Jr., I. B. Darton, John Allen and Monte Roberts are practicing for the grand holiday festival festi-val to be given in the Proyo tabernacle on Thursday evening December 27th.
