Show The Mulyaneys. From the S. L. Herald. The Mulvaneys are strange people, very strange people. Immediately after Mrs. Mulvaney's bond was signed, the husband repaired with all the ardor of a Romeo to his wife at the Templeton hotel, where she had been, staying and for a day or two epent most of his time there. Then Mrs. Mulvaney gave up her rooms at the Templeton and joined her husband at his quarters in the Knutsford, and apparently the two resumed re-sumed marital relations of a more than agreeable kind. But the strangest part of the business ia that a few days ago Mulvaney and hia wife drove to the penitentiary to visit "Nurse" Charley Valentine. The reconciliation between the wronged husband and the gay Lothario Lo-thario was complete, they fell on each other'a necks and wept, and Mulvaney expressed his sorrow that Charley had to liye in the penitentiary and promised prom-ised to do all he could to get him out. Mrs. Mulvaney took a hand in the general gen-eral expressions of good will and was even more demonstrative in her affections affec-tions towards Charley than herhUB-band herhUB-band had been.
