Willard Woodhead, teamster for S. W. Sharp, livery stable keeper, were driving a spanking black team attached to a large truck wagon on which was some pieces of baggage. The pole came down and frightened the horses. They daBhed up the street kicking and plunging furiously. Mrs. Whipple, that her husband, John Dagbert, who is well known in Provo, has frequently wrongfully wrong-fully accused her of adultery, slapped her and thrown cooking utensils at her and that he finally drove her away from home. Mrs. Lewis was married to her William E. on . Septemoer 20, 1891 at Farmington in New Mexico. Since that time she says he has neglected to provide for her although be is amply able to, that he has been very crue! to her.
