A mabriage licenee was issued by County Clerk JoneB today to Edwin L. Young of Warship, aged 26, and Nancy A. Wilkins of Provo, aged 25. Miss Wilkins is a daughter ot Deputy Sheriff WilkinB. The marriage ceremony cere-mony will be performed this evening by Bishop Wride at the home of the bride's parents in the Second ward. E. OsTERT.on, of this city, Warner & Knight attorneys, has instituted suit in the-Firet District court, for judgment judg-ment for $400 00 interest and attorney's attor-ney's fee on a promissory note due ein'ce May 8, 1893, and for foreclsure of mortgage to certain real estate in Uintah Uin-tah county given to secure payment of the note, azainst Lena White and Henry White, her husband. Papers were filed today. |
