Notice is hereby given that primaries primar-ies will be held in each of the five wards of frovo city on Saturday evening, even-ing, August 31, 1895, for the purpose oi electing delegates to the state convention con-vention to be held In Ogden city, September Sep-tember 6, 1895, commencing at 11 o'clock a. m. 'Ihe First, Second and Fourth wards are entitled to three delegates each; ihe Third ward to four and tha Fifth ward to five delegates. ing places: First ward, Webster schoolhouse. Second ward, counly courthouse. Third ward, Kruger's hail. Fourth ward, Parker BChoolhouse, up stairs. Fifth ward, Parker schoolhouse, down stairs. It has been recommended by the territorial central committee, and by the territorial president of tbe democratic demo-cratic societies that the precinct organizations organ-izations and the precinct societies be re-organized in such a manner that the precinct chairman and the precinct president of the societies be one aud the same person, and that a full and complete oreanization be effected in each precinct or ward. This suggestion sugges-tion has been followed in the Third ward. It is therefore recommended that the suggestion of the territorial central committee and of the territorial territor-ial president of the societies be adopted adopt-ed and that a reorganization in the manner suggested be effected at these primary meetings and that the ladies be accorded full recognition in these new organizations.
