Show At the preliminary hearing held before be-fore Justice DeMoisy on Saturday evening all that developed was that Mrs. Hardy lost some one hundred and twenty odd dollars sometime between midnight of March 3rd last and daylight day-light next morning, but not a scintilla of evidence that even tended to connect the Osterloh boys with the theft was offered. Hence they were " discharged from custody. It will be farmer's day in Provo tomorrow to-morrow with a vengeance. Tillers of the soil from all parts of the county will bd here in attendance upon the annual an-nual stocKholders's meeting of the Utah County Fruit & Agricultural society. They will meet in the Second ward meeting house. If that building proves too small or inconvenient in any way the free use of the opera house has been offered the farmers. |
