Time to prepare statement on motion for new trial was extended to April 21st in the J. W. Beasley vs. E. H. Sparks et al case. Motion for continuance was denied in the case of Cbas E. Malstrom vs. Aramon Mercer. The first case called for trial was an appealed case from the justice's court of Spanish Fork wherein Malcolmb & Hughes, merchants, are euing John G Malcolmb for a bock account of $52.87 and interest 811.58.
